The Barn at LaVista is nestled on 75 breath-taking hill country acres offering privacy and forever views of the beautiful Frio Canyon. The front porch is a great place for a morning cup of coffee as the sun peaks over the hills. Enjoy watching the wildlife – whitetail, axis, mouflon sheep, etc – as they congregate around the feeder. The fire pit is a great place for gathering as your steak sizzles on the open fire. Or indulge in your childhood favorites – hot dogs and s’mores. There is a covered area with a picnic table close to the fire pit. Enjoys walks/hikes on the property.

The living quarters in The Barn offers a living area with HD flat screen TV, satelitte, and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has a water-softening system with RO in the kitchen. Ceiling fans in the LR and bedrooms. Flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Tub/shower in the master bath, showers in the other two baths. Upstairs loft has a queen-size sleeper sofa and the third bathroom .
