Rules: • No high school or college age guests without parents • Pets allowed at 111 Rock Cottage. Dogs are to be declared when making reservation. A $30 fee plus the standard rate will be applied to credit card on file for undeclared dogs. You are responsible for any damages that may be caused by pets. Dog droppings are to be picked up and disposed of by dog owners. • No smoking – smoking permitted outside – $250 fee for smoking in our facilities • No fire works or firearms used on premises • Our towels are for use in cabin only. • Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.

• No tents, pop-ups or RVs at cabins. • No littering. • No mini-bikes or ATVs. • Fires in fire pits, BBQ pits or fireplaces only. • Keep music at a reasonable level. • No offensive language or behavior. • No camping. • Any damages caused by guests or their pets will be charged to the credit card on file. The person who made the reservation is responsible for their group, and any persons who may visit them.
